2011.04.04 Motion Defendant's: For Withdrawal of Appointed Counsel

  • #681
DO NOT PERPETUATE THE RUMOR THAT THE DEFENSE HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE FILING OF THIS MOTION BY CURTIS JACKSON.

RUMORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT WS and as of right now, there is NO PROOF that the defense had anything to do with this.

Curtis Jackson has filed several other letters that have been entered into the official file. He is a rouge inmate and we have absolutely no reason to assume that the defense had any communication with him at all.

If anyone finds PROOF, we will allow discussion about it. Until then, no more speculating in this forum.

Let me also add that this is NOT the only case that Curtis Jeckson has inserted himiself into!

After his last "correspondence" was listed on the docket (and MM provided a copy of), I researched Mr. Jackson and found that he has a "history" of this type of behavior with cases...

My posts on this subject and Mr. Jackson are somewhere on this forum...let me see if I can find them...

To perpetuate the perception that the DT had ANYTHING to do with this would have to lead to the conclusion that the DT of those OTHER cases had to have "influenced" Mr. Jackson to participate as well...and I am just not buying that!

In Session was wondering how in the world the clerk registered it as a real motion. Next thing you know JB will claim that the clerk is leaking to the media.

Well, shoot, if that's all it takes to file a motion in this case, maybe we should all start filing our own ... just saying

No kidding. Sometimes I wonder if these 'stunts' are set up by the defense to get more 'face time'.

BTW, newbie here! Thanks all for the great conversation/links/etc. you've shared.

Hi Candy! :great:

Welcome!!!

I thought she had been earning some money (being paid ) as a call girl???:maddening:
To the best of my knowledge ICA never has worked as a call girl. She may have been quite easy, but never has charged as far as I know.

I said this last night and I guess it rings true nothing should surprise us with this case.

JB stated that within a minute into his opening statement he will explain why KC didn't report it.

hmmmmmm that doesn't mean it will be true.

wonder why it's a big secret??

Then I predict that within a minute into his opening statement, JA will be objecting, HHJP will lecture about trial by ambush, and KC will have her promised mistrial. :great:

Nah the state will already state that "There will be no evidence or fact as a reason why ICA NEVER reported her child missing"
JB I believe will say that ICA never reported her missing because she didn't think there was a reason too, that this Nanny called her and she spoke to her. He will perpetuate ICA lies.

This was posted in the news thread. I was joking earlier that WESH was still reporting that the judge could actually make a ruling on it. According to Bill Sheaffer, he actually could. He says he probably won't, but could! He also said the judge could have the clerk not accept anymore of his nonsense.

I don't believe for a second that the defense has anything to do with this inmate writing or inserting himself, no way. He is a nut. But I do have curiosity surrounding the actual filing of this as a motion. That's all.

Okay...now I really have a question...

Just found this MM posted in the past after it hit the court docket....it is correspondence, AS WELL AS A HANDWRITTEN MOTION which Curtis Jackson requests be filed....

So why was THIS particular motion NOT filed in the case (back in Dec 2010) but YESTERDAY'S handwritten motion WAS??????

Perhaps in true legal fashion Mr. Jackson cc'd The Baez Law Firm??

Very interesting!

First off the handwriting looks like a girls handwriting not a mentally derainged con.

Second if he wants to be a witness he knows something!

third JB ignored that one because he dosent want the man as a witness

last this time he couldnt ignore it cause it concerns the lawyer in a murder case and i think it has to be addressed!

I don't know about actual money exchanging hands but I would guess that some have paid dearly for her affections.
