Yep, wet soggy garbage was a new one on me - Is it okay to lie to a Judge? Never mind, strike that.

I'm so glad they are hauling ICA's heiny into court early rather than her keeping the judge waiting - sorry but have been meaning to say this for a while.

Our very own Joypath schooled us on decomp fluid likely not to have DNA found in it. I went WOOT WOOT! when the discussion came up because I knew it wasn't going to fly. I anticipated JA to get up and set him straight on that.

I am just really stunned. That garbage in the trunk just keeps getting soggier and stinkier everyday. I will be reading the "content" info on said trash today. I could have sworn that there were no actual foods in the trash just packaging. Also, the phrase that pays "It could have been a banana!"

this is what i think as well....no food in the trunk....just empty box's and such.....now...when they lifted the bag out of the trash bin behind the towing yard.....there was something wet on the bag on the out side of it...i believe that is the pic JB is talking about.....all the paper products that the SA had layed out on the tables in the pictures....didnt look wet at all.....

After listening to the garbage theory JB just approached. Is there a link anywhere, or testimony, as to what was in the bag? This would be the same bag (I assume) that was thrown into the dumpster at the tow lot.

I am now very curious to know if there was a rotting banana in there.

By the time we get to trial...that bag of garbage will have morphed into a lawn size bag full of restaurant refuse and commercial swimming pool chemicals. They'll try to say everything and the kitchen sink was in that trunk EXCEPT a dead body.

Unless KC was moonlighting as a trash man.......puh-lease.

JB: does not want the stain in the trunk mentioned. He said the fbi lab "created hysteria" by saying the stain looked like the outline of a child. He referenced it to: stigmata. :floorlaugh:

Wet, soggy garbage. Right. The only thing that was wet was the outside of the bag from the carpet. Gee, do you think the moist carpet had anything to do with a fluid filled decomposing body or was the moisture in the trunk from a dry pizza box, cans and paper products? Give me a break. Common sense.

The judge keeps on telling him, that is for the trial.
