So why is it that HHJP continues to allow JB and Co. to continue arguing when JA has repeatedly pointed out that they are out of context for a Frye hearing? I'm sure it would take far less time in these hearings if he put a stop to it. I know he has stated that he is trying to prevent appeals issues, but how does this prevent it, if they aren't supposed to be arguing like this anyway?

Sunny on IS saying the judge is frustrated because Frye hearings should not take this long. She has done them many times, and they just should NOT take this long.

OT I have been watching the hearing on CNN, I shrunk the feed when the court went to lunch,well after a couple minutes my computer started YELLING at me something about illegals taking all our money blah blah blah ... eek!!! glad I didn't have headphones on!

This is exactly why the DT is having her write, IMO. If she weren't writing she'd be doing her fisties and temper tantrums as she did in the jail video's when she became "frushtrated" and couldn't "shwallow" when pressed for answers. This is a person who is not accustomed to being held responsible for any of her actions.

Yes, you have to hit close on the feed as soon as you see the seal because they switch to news videos during break - I got caught like that the first time I watched cnn. But I love the feed - it is flawless. The local TV stations drive me bonkers with the refreshing..

I think it's a combo of
1- he knows he has to stand and say something since he filed the motions, and
2- his inexperience in a courtroom
