:banghead: Is everyone as proud of JB as I am for getting the microphones shut down so that now we can't hear what the DT or SA is saying at all????

:maddening::maddening::maddening:

I wish they would ask all of these on this round if they have predetermined innocense or guilt, probably half of those due to come back wouldn't have to.

  • #584
Does anyone know if the media is allowed to file anything to get the mics turned back up during the proceedings? I can understand shutting them off during recess, but this is ridiculous.

this potential juror has a letter from her employer. CM and the SA are reading it now.

  • #586
YES, another one says guilty right in front of her!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wonder what's running thru her mind right now??? Or her attorneys!

Well since we now know for sure that the DT is reading here as we type...maybe we could have a thread so we could post directly to them just exactly how many of us "idiot bloggers" think she's guilty. :great:
How do they defend her and still sleep at night?:waitasec:

#1281 has a work excuse, I think. They are reading the letter now.

Maybe, but HHJP seemed a little irritated by having to deal with it. I wouldn't want to make him mad when they probably have reporters in the room who can hear.

I wish they would but I doubt it.

I feel for her, I have gone through something similar, which is why I am disabled now, but she made me laugh when she described her desk!

Oh me too! But I was absentminded and a list maker BEFORE I ever started my meds.

Poor thing.

Neurontin is one of the drugs commonly used for trigeminal neuralgia. Plus pain meds.

If 1281's manager approves her leave, she will be paid for those weeks if selected. She is unsure if her manager would be able to approve, according to policy.

Ouch! That is painful! My aunt had that and pain meds didn't touch it. It's the narcotics that affect her memory, not her TN. My aunt wound up having brain surgery that did get rid of it. Yikes.

right, the meds cause the memory problems, they need to excuse her

Quick question - who was male attorney chatting with ICA in the break, he had balding head and looks like the guy sitting at the back of the gallery with a white shirt and dark suit that you can see when Mason stands up?

About the mics, it was only the prosecutors I heard and a little bit of Mason complaining about something. The defense knows for the last 3 bloody years that you mute the mic, I can't help it if they are so ineffective they can't even perform this simple task. I would suggest they spend less time monitoring the internet and more time on the task at hand. I was wondering where Medina and twartWilliam were - as usual they get all the good jobs lol.

I know, right??? I'm a single mom of 3, have been for 15 years and probably will be for the rest of my life. Makes me irritated when people complain about their other being gone and how they have to do it all by themselves. Walk a day in my life!! Okay....back on topic.

She's seeing how people think she is guilty. GOOD.

Is LDB there?? Don't see her.....

I hear you ! I am single mother with a home I purchased on my own two feet. I mow lawns and maintain house and yardwork.
My child has chronic, life-threatening and fatal illness. I do it everyday on my own. He has been hospitalized about 300 times since birth . His treatments are 21 -25 hours a week and I work as well...

Let them walk in my shoes, thye will have nothing to complain about !!! Sorry for getting off topic ...
