OT, I know but....Ugh, this just annoys me. I have been watching this case since day one of it breaking. I am the same age as ICA, and just had my first baby in January so needless to say, I needed to take a little break from the case for a few months, physically and emotionally. I come back, and have been trying to catch up and I am trying to live stream from work (shhhhh :P), and without sound too. I wish I lived down there and I was picked...knowing what I already know, I would keep my mouth shut just to sit on the jury and hear everything I have wanted to hear. I know its wrong, but I cant help myself. I could NOT imagine life without my baby boy Chayse now, let alone being able to do something so inhumane to my child. Can it just PLEASE be trial time so we can all see her MELT in her chair as the evidence just adds up even more to her being guilty. I CAN NOT wait until I see her face when the verdict is read. I know we all can't. It's gonna be a face that is just as famous as the Mona Lisa. What is a girl to do, ICA? No, sorry, What are YOU going to do ICA?

Who wants to bet that Cindy is at home watching this on TV and thinking...

"well, they are not going to be able to give her a fair trial. I know they will just let her go soon."

This juror had an aunt who was a victim of a homicide and supports the DP....he would favor the prosecutions side...best he not serve on this case...didn't catch his juror number../.excused....biased...

Is HHJP asking these potential jurors if they believe she is guilty as a nudge toward getting her to admit her guilt and putting off this expensive trial?

  • #726
It's a shame we're losing all these single moms who support their children.

What a horrible thing to find that so many already find you guilty even before the trial starts. If I were ICA, I would be afraid...very afraid!

#1069- male, seems to be another language barrier.

ICA no emotion except from her ears - doing that thing they do

  • #731
Wow! Her ears went up twice with this guy!

The writing is on the wall!

What a flippin process. All the better to get the best jurors possible. It is amazing the hardships people face on a day to day basis. I am so lucky...I feel so bad for these folks that have hardships. Life can be so rude.

Every once in a while we need to count our blessings. We are so fortunate to be able to sit here all day and watch these proceedings without any hardships. Thanks for reminding me about what a comfortable life I really have.:goodpost:

Back.

Bet the guy who's aunt ws murdered thinks she is guilty as sin! You could practically hear that it was on the tip of his tongue to say it!

  • #735
Anyone notice when ICA hears something she doesn't like she does a jaw clench thing that lifts her ears up at least an inch? yowzer, that is weird.

JA yawning...

And at least three of them have been men, IIRC. I don't think having a lot of men on the jury will do KC any favours. Shockingly, men don't like baby killers either. Though I would like some grandmothers and mothers seated, too.

#1069-male
language issues, not sure he's understanding questions, he says he doesn't understand
he'll be excused

Seems to be a language barrier

These jurors have had to of seen tv reports about casey. I went to pensacola for three weeks and it was all over tv.

It is not a problem if they have seen tv reports on the case. It becomes a problem only if they have formed an opinion due to the reports and cannot put it aside and base their not guilty/guilty vote on the evidence/tesimony presented to them at trial.

If it was me I would not be able to put my already formed opinion aside and therefore I am biased and would be excused on those grounds.
