What I find most interesting is that Cindy and George seem to be blaming these accusations on Jose Baez? And not Casey? Like JB is talking Casey into these things? Which I find interesting becase JB didn't know Casey back when Casey was telling Jesse Grund about the sex abuse allegations? I remember when Cindy and George were confronted with things that Jesse Grund was saying and they said that he wasn't telling the truth. This was before Casey revealed in her letters to Robyn about the sex abuse allegations. Did JB force Casey to write these letters to Robyn in jail? Did he tell her to write Robyn about the sex abuse?

They are never going to blame Casey for anything. It is always someone else's fault. I don't feel sorry for them because they continue to blame everyone else for their daughter's actions. Jose may be an <unusual person> but I think he is only using what Casey gave him and it wasn't the first time Casey has accused George and Lee of doing these things. The Anthony's have no lawsuit... unless it is against their daughter, Casey Marie Anthony! And we know that will never happen!

ITA...Except in downplaying George and Cindy's lies to that of inconsistent statements. Cindy and George lied to each other about KC which ultimately contributed to the murder of Caylee. Cindy and George lied for KC which hindered LE in investigating a murder, led to innocent individuals having their privacy invaded, integrity attacked and a heavy financial burden from being forced to retain legal representation to defend themselves against George and Cindy's lies. And, George and Cindy lied with the sole intention to cover up a murder that they had intimate knowledge about, IMO.

Although George and Cindy didn't actually pull the trigger it doesn't mean they aren't guilty IMO. What did they ever do to stop it? What did they ever do to protect Caylee?

I have to say I feel very sorry for Casey's parents having to go through so much. They not only have to suffer losing their granddaughter but have thier daughter on trial for the murder and have George have a mental breakdown has been tiring for them. What Casey been putting them through since the whole thing broke hasn't exactly help either
As for them still defending Casey I can understand somewhat. They proberly don't want to face the facts Casey could have killed her only daughter.
We should not be criticising them IMO (I admit I have done so a few including on this forum and I'm just as much a dumbell for doing so). We can't really say what we would be doing because we hadn't exactly ghone through what they are going through (and I hope none of us would ever have to experience that).

I think the timing is purposeful. George and Cindy are hoping to postpone or stop Casey's trial with this maneuver. I don't think the Anthony clan works independently of one another; they are all in this together. jmo

I feel sorry for them for losing their granddaughter, but everything they've done since then they've brought on themselves. So that's where my sympathy ended.

I hope if Baez tries to implicate GA in any aspect of this trial "guilt phase or penalty phase ", for guilt of the crime, any abuses sexual, mental or otherwise, I hope GA unleashes a pack of Lawyer wolves on him that will rip him to shreds!
It's unbelieveable that Baez had to use a DT screening process for Jurors, to " get out Casey's story to the Media and what a huge STORY she is telling.
According to Casey everyone wants to have sex with her and abuses her. I guess we are to believe that Cindy and Lee, Grandma Shirley and all of the other extended family are guilty of these factors too? When is she going to make accusations against Mr. Baez and Mr. Mason and all of the Jailhouse employees?
She must think her name is Susan Smith and she is sooooo special that she can get out of the Death Penalty by claiming child abuse and other lies. Casey is not the abused ....she is the abuser.......JMO

Presenting alternate theories is one thing, but throwing George's name out there as the "real killer" is slanderous and I would hope GA's lawyer takes JB to task if this actually happens. Accusing him of molestation and other abuses is WAY over the line.

But how would they have gotten together to plot this out? JB?

It is difficult picturing GA and/or LA abusing ICA. But then that's how predators get away with it. It is difficult to look at ICA objectively, to not dismiss everything that comes out of her mouth as a lie. I just don't know what to think.

I can see both GA and CA sweeping it under the rug if LA or someone outside the family abused ICA.

Cindy just seems seems so angry. I don't know what she was like before Caylee's murder, but looking at her now I can see her being emotional abusive.

One thing for is for sure though, IMHO the family fell into denial mood relatively quickly and easily indicating that they have had a lot of practice.

Daisy, you make some good points. And you know what? Maybe it's all true. Maybe Lee did molest her and George too. AND she premeditated and killed her child.

I know many who post here were abused as children. I personally know several women who were sexually abused, two of them by their own fathers.
But none of them has ever killed anyone.
