Brad's new theory is...Jose is going to tell the jury KC couldn't tell anyone about Caylee because of the severe emotional trauma, abuse, etc., etc., she suffered at the hands of her family...and she was afraid of them
'jaw dropping' explanation=she didnt report the baby missing because of the abuse she expreienced as a child and she was afraid of her family...
and it was an accident anyway
BUT WE KNEW THAT ALREADY HERE AT WS.
BC="that is a bold statement by Baez because he better deliver on it. "
BC's theory is:
saying JB's statement is a BOLD statement to make and that you better deliver. What JB is going to say that she didn't report her child missing - she couldn't tell anyone because ICA was afraid of her FAMILY - the abuse - emotional, physical, sexual, abuse. ICA could not tell anyone because of "family dysfunction".
Now talking about the "accident" theory. BC saying that JB would have to conceed in opening stmt that it was an accidental death.
Nope - ain't gonna fly. None of it. I'm sticking by my decision - there is no "AHA" moment. There can't be.
Brad Conway?
He must have read it here...
Either that or he is testing the "let's blame CA/GA theory" to see how it flies.
SOS saw him texting this am and as soon as he texted, JB picked up his phone.... Just saying...!
Chloroform/Duct Tape/Dumping in the woods do not go with Accidental Death. We have seen endless examples of how NOT scared of her parents ICA really is.
Much ado about nothing. So JVM hyped this up as someone 'inside the defense' has the scoop on what JB is going to present and JVM was blown away and ... this is just what everyone has been speculating for weeks ... accident ... abuse ... throw parents under bus. BC was downplaying his 'theory' and JVM is/was on major hype mode.
My jaw didn't drop. It is a lame theory. JVM is so taken in by this theory? Everybody wants an accident to be the reason Caylee lost her life. Does it really look like an accident? No!
