I just had to sign back on to address the 'theory of Baez opening argument that explains it all' from BC.

I hope Baez tries this. I don't believe for a second they will have ICA testify, but if they go for this, I don't see how they can get around it, and I would love to see LDB and JA rip her to shreds on the stand.

It will never fly. They have video visitation with her parents showing it is a lie.
They have testimony from many people who can testify to the interactions between ICA and her family, starring ICA as lead tyrant.
They have testimony about what went on in that house when ICA got out of jail.
They have documents showing massive thefts by ICA from her parents where she suffered no repercussions.
They have ICA cool as a cucumber leading LE on the imaginary mystery 'this is where I work' tour.
Etc. etc. etc.....

Go for it, Baez, I dare you.

How scare of her parents could she have been if she repeated returned to the home to get clothes, borrow a shovel from the neighbor, steal gas cans one day and return the following day to get more clothes and get caught with the gas cans and then humbly say "Gee, Dad I'm sorry about the gas cans"? No, I believe what she said was "Here's your *en gas cans." That really sounds like someone who is scared. Up to this point it would appear to all who have seen her in court that understandably this should be the most terrifying event in her life EVER but she seems to be taking it in stride and enjoying the attention.

DT cannot make her over to what she is not. They don't have the time nor the money to do so. jmo

very interesting what the body language specialist said on NG about kc pruning her self....self soothing her self with playing with her hair and objects on the DF table.....also...she said those people who are depressed or suicidal will often have big hair or long bangs to hide behind.....she felt that her panic attack was out of fear.....not fear for what was happening today....but what going to happen in the future

I was thinking of Casey and her maturity level " I guess I am just a spiteful b**ch" comment. She is no different then the sick mom recently in the news that put the baby in the mirowave, to get even with the dad. She wasn't afraid, she killed Caylee on purpose. No accident,no fear.

Good grief what next? Yeah right......so terrified of her horribly abusive family, she left each morning for her fake job just long enough for the house to get empty, then return and spend the day eating, texting,computer surfing and even having people there her parents didn't know about, while she helped herself to anything she wanted and didn't pay for. She and Mom were best girl friends, taking short trips together, laying on the bed giggling, watching TV and talking about men and life in general. She had it made temporarily when CA told GA to leave after Caylee was born and it was just her Mom she and Caylee....little miss selfish liked that she became the major source of the need for CA to spend her money for, afterall she had an infant too! She wasn't happy when CA left GA come home after CA realized that GA would get half of her house. ICA didn't like any of the money needing to be spent by GA, she's selfish and wanted it for herself. She didn't like her Dad being ex-law enforcement as it was more work to pull the wool over on him!
She was not abused she was the abuser!........JMO

So wait, BC is on tv spouting off some story that the defense is going to claim that his previous clients in some way abused her? Isn't that sort of dancing really dangerously close to an ethical line there? I mean it is one thing to comment on it after the DT makes the claims in public or private, but until that happens he is out there starting a conversation about his clients possibly abusing their daughter? I just can't see that as acting in his clients interests?
