JC just said on Prime News that there is the concern that homeless people might not give accurate answers because they might want to get on the jury simply to get a place to stay.

Vinnie thinks that its a wild card.

Housed, three meals a day, money to spend and most likely a 4-star hotel..what's the problem here, if you don't have anyone or any pets to care for?

He could fill in that jury box with Postal Employees....easily.

If it wasn't I'm a full-time student, I would do it.

hardship - took off 7 weeks for open heart surgery, job in jeopardy right now per supervisor, employer doesn't pay,

excused for cause

Juror #3378: Male. Hardship- Just returned to work from a 7-week break for open heart surgery. Employer won't pay. Just went back to work on Monday. Cannot afford to miss more time off.

Excused for cause- financial hardship. No objections.

I haven't seen KC's hands for awhile, did they ductape them to her legs ?????

Shoot, I would do it if I could pay bills, keep my job, apartment, etc.. I need a vacation and I would get to watch the trial! (But I don't trust me on the decision making part, being fair at this point and all.)

Wondering why they don't look at some Government workers or people on employment insurance (as I think they would still receive if serving jury duty)?

Juror #3342: Male. Hardship- Self employed small business owner (welding/metal fabrication). Only employee..no one to cover for him. Girlfriend starts radiation in the morning, will be in charge of her 5 year old autistic son during her recovery.

Excused for cause- financial hardship and childcare issues. No objections.

I don't think can target a specific area/segment of the population to obtain jurors...which is why they use drivers licenses.

Just HAD to bring up the duct tape didn't you........did they run tests on it? maybe ca and ga dropped some off....................

Twice a week to the Ob/Gyn? That would seem like a high risk pregnancy to me.
