I do believe in the death penalty HOWEVER if one can prove that she is LEGALLY nuts based on her past.....and it is proven FACTUALLY and not well ica said it so it HAS to be true....I just don't know.....and you that have been here for a long time KNOW I am not a fan of ica AT ALL or her family! Honestly, I'm not too suprised, because LA is the one during the Agents of the State hearing that actually told the truth, even though it didn't make ICA look good. And one of the very few things I think ICA hasn't lied about is that she's "spiteful". I feel so bad for LA, he didn't ask to be born into this hornet's nest.

Concerning mitigating factors..... it seriously explains the crazy mode the parents have been in for the past 3 years....and the "don't worry, I haven't said anything" statement by the defendant. Still...it excuses NOTHING.

ICA seems a little more indignant now that the mitigation issues have been read aloud.....I wonder if she feels empowered to let the public know what she has been put through all her life? I just can't imagine being the A's, sitting on their couch like I am, watching this happen...........I would want to crawl under the couch and never come out again.............regardless of the truth of the allegations AF read aloud.
