Going to school would also include graduating IMO and she was fired from Universal so........lol!!

#1 - she dropped out of high school without graduating when she was one credit away from graduating
#2 - she was not a good student - maybe a mediocre student
#3 - she was not a good employee - that would require having a job.

Not to confuse anyone...but we have 0 on the jury so far. We have 5 (I think..) called back for the next round, but both sides can still use their strikes, and they have to pass another round of questioning, I'm pretty sure. So, we still have 0 jurors officially sat.

The issue continues to be AF reads this list of character and 'life issues' mitigating factors the DO directly pertain to this specific case and are NOT general and everyone who goes up as a PJ knows it and cannot divorce themselves from that thought.

The rules that HHJP read from are MUCH more general than what AF is reading and HHJP is giving ALOT of latitude here to avoid appeal
