As much as I love HHJP I think he's wrong to push the issue here. This guy clearly had several "outs" to remember a DUI, which is a crime. JMO, though.

See I don't necessarily think of a single DUI as a 'crime' per se that would make him a criminal. And I don't think he did either. I believe he was being truthful. JMO
