must be something wrong with me. i could care less about "civic duty", wouldn't spend 10 minutes of my time in pursuit of "civic duty" but I'd love to spend two months helping to bury ica.

She is very close with her daughter (IIRC) and the daughter was concerned. I can understand that.

My answer to this last question I would answer with, well when I'm sitting in the court listening to testimony my concentration would be on the information at hand, not any other thought process but the focus on what is going on in the court room period. lol

PJ: well, sometimes just in raising teenagers, u want to believe t best in people and sometimes u think t worst, and sometimes it's not as bad...

I agree. If she was trying to get on this jury for some nefarious, self-serving reason, she would not be as forthcoming as she has been. I like her and think she is being honest.

He wants to say- "Did you see the helicopters? Did you see me? I had on a nice suit, pastel shirt, nice tie, did you notice ME? Did you know immediately my name was Jose Baez? I hate that my opinion is that JB is much better with the PJ's than the State is!

despite the general view hereabouts that JB is the weakest link in the history of the legal community,

i defer.

he has his strong points.

I really hope this lady makes it.
