EXACTLY. This woman is very bright. She will be a leader on this jury. She will follow the forensics evidence very well. She will NOT buy the DT's tactics of smoke and mirrors. Sadly, they will strike her, imo.

It holds a lot of weight. Dr. G is also very credible and doesn't have a dog in this fight.
We can agree to disagree.I've seen enough of the discovery to make up my mind.
Not the media stuff,the discovery.

Only once it is admitted in evidence though (and I am unsure if they can be admitted, I think it would have to be testimony but I could well be wrong here) and I think that is where the confusion is coming from. Until the trial starts and the state presents it evidence. Nothing has been proven.

It might seem a bit like a legal fiction but the Defendant does retain that presumption of innocence.

The ME determined that Caylee Marie Anthony's manner of death was homicide. She was the victim of death at the hands of another human being. Was it an accident? Is KC a murderer? That's for a jury to decide, but nonetheless, Caylee Marie Anthony is a victim of homicide.

What's insane is how they ask a juror 50 different ways IF they can make a ruling based on the judge's instructions! I think JB is losing this juror ... she's began answering in uh-huhs now.
