I agree. I think she's just out of her element and not a strong or aggressive person.

But a strong or aggressive person would likely rub either side the wrong way so this is kind of the type that gets seated.

They keep questioning her comprehension far more than any other PJ I've heard.

I wish they had done that with the first juror to be seated. Oooo! She has a boyfriend! That's sweet! Anyhow, she worked as a nurse's aide, drove a roach coach, works out, gardens, I think she will be okay. Meaning, I think she has the intellectual capacity for this.

Why does it matter if she is divorced ?

Maybe wondering if she has another means of support, and if she'd have a separation problem, maybe?

Maybe the state is reading here as well. Ashton is being much kinder and more personable with the jurors today, imo.

So what is up with these questions?? What is a typical day? .. Now are they saying she is too old?

Her education??

PJ completed 11 grades.

Not a social butterfly by her own admission, JA inquiring about being put with a "new family" of strangers for extended time. She guesses she could handle it. She doesn't think anybody would choose to be away from home for 6 weeks.

Completed 11th grade in PA.

No one is "seated" yet, correct? 10 have passed up until this point?

she likes to read mystery and commedy

Lives with her boyfriend???? Go figure.
Lots of older folks live together, getting married messes up a lot of things, more so if there are children.

Woah...did JA basically use JB's line to turn on the charm? He even did his chuckle!

LOL ! now JB can't use it! :floorlaugh:

Big difference, she has worked at real jobs her whole life.

Completed 11 grades of school. Likes to read. Believes she would be able to handle being away from home for the trial.
