yes, but I would like to ask a question. that is through verbal means, I am a visual learner...more visual than audotory...can we have that information layed before us...

JB: (laugh)the reasons I am going over this is he will give those to you at the end of the trial. we want to know you can follow the instructions and follow them. there will be some visual evidence but some via the witness stand which will be verbal. the instructions based on the test of a witness the judge will give you how to evaluate the evidence, were they paid??????????????????????????????????

I say she doesn't suffer <unusual persons> very well.

I predict Baez' smarmy act, and especially Mason's good-ole-boy act will wear on her nerves quite quickly come trial.

Or, on the other hand, the DT will just strike her at the next phase outright.

IMO, it's a sign of inexperience. The nurses on the jury will catch on to this quite quickly. I work with physicians' dictations every day and I will say that the long-winded ones are 98% residents - discharge "summaries" that go on for 13 pages with every lab value, vital sign, etc. for each hour (even though that is documented in the chart anyway).
