This man, Baez, (I am trying to be good here, mods, really I am. :) ) really gets on my nerves when he is questioning these potential jurors.

He has a smirky, smarmy, look-down-his-nose attitude about so many of the topics that he broaches--it is obvious that he holds disdain for many subjects for which he is seeking answers from these good citizens.

Well, there are quite a few young people who are not into anything but their own lives, their girlfriends, having a beer, their own interests, etc. I guess it is not unsual for people of his age to be somewhat self absorbed and not into the news. They can outgrow that once they get married and have kids and the world becomes more important. I'm not too worried.

Well said.

Methinks ICA is really liking the Glee Dude...

just goes to show you how weak her ability is to judge others

imo this no doubt attractive young man would hang her as high as he could from the tallest tree he could find, if given the opportunity,

because hes intelligent and level headed.

Ms Finnell sounds like she's REALLY coming down with something. What happens to the trial if she's ill?

After this case Country and Western is going to coin a new dance called the SIDEBAR.

It will start off with the side bend that JB does at the podium.

I know my opinion is different from just about everyone else's here, but I actually do not like this guy as a juror. One thing is that he is an actor. I have other reasons as well.

It will surprise me if the State doesn't try to strike him. I think he is trying to please too hard.

I know it is something with me too...I sense and this is only my opinion is maybe the PJ has a little narcissistic trait

Sit down, JB, enough is enough. Same questions over and over and over.....

I understand the concept of asking the questions to get the answers, and even asking the same ones in a different way, but this is reduntant.

:maddening:

The tweet about the Orlando cops would be enough to strike, for me.

Only thing I blog about is about conservation and helping endangered animals (I'm a zoology major) so wouldn't have to worry about it.

All my stuff is so darn private no one would be able to find unless I directed them to it precisely. These kids have no sense sometimes. Don't they know that potential employers may find them? You can't say bad things about people like that in a public setting.

And why does an average guy like this need a twitter account? Really, who cares what he has to say every day? Kids today are very self-absorbed, IMO. I like this kid and I have no reservations, really, about him as a juror but he does seem to be a prime example of a product of the "self-esteem" generation. Not interested in the news and self-important enough to think that his daily life should be tweeted about!

JB's questions here are totally pointless. What is the guy going to say, no I won't?
