Due to her smile and raised eyebrows at things he said, I'd say ICA is connecting with this one. She likes this one...maybe just because he's male?

He is not responsible for upkeep of the home and his mom is married to a jail bird (like Rosalie her new buddy), he could "bring" ICA "home to mom", media lies, he omitted the truth about his past etc.
