I'm not getting a real good feeling from this guy..

I am wondering if this was one of the pj's that were questioned when HHJP forgot to turn the mic back on after lunch/break/sidebar...

I have in my notes that two pj's were questioned in that time. I also have them listed as "excused" but then again, maybe they weren't!

I put since I am not allowed to speak about the case...something along those lines of not being able to speak about the case...

MG: when you were excused on monday did you get the judge's written instructions?

yes

MG: did you understand that instruction?

it said we can speak generally about how long we will be gone and things like that.

MG: you were instructed that you were able to communicate with loved ones that you may be gone for six to eight weeks.

the paper said something like that.

MG: and you understood that?

yes.

MG: when was the last time you were in Orlando?

2005 or 2006

MG: you have not been to Orlando between 2008 and today?

not that I recall?

MG: any memory of watching the local Orlando radio stations? In the car?

MG: do you have facebook?

yes, but have not logged on lately.

MG: do you have a website?

yes, but it is not up and ready.

MG: when was the last time you posted anything to that site?

It is just a started page, it says go to my facebook page and contact me.

MG: have you ever heard the names george and cindy anthony?

no, not that I recall?

MG: any comments made by the attorney's that are now or one time represented the anthonys?

no

MG: online have you read the discovery available in this case?

no

MG: have you watched the pre trial hearings, or read about them?

no

AND he just basically admitted that his fb pg is public. Was asked about a website - said he had one but there wasn't much on it - just info that directed people back to his facebook. Can't direct people to a facebook page that is private - KWIM?

I think he tuned in to NG on purpose Monday night. This guy doesn't seem the type to tune into NG on a regular basis (not the news/trial junkie type) and I believe he did it on purpose to see what the big deal was. Same with watching the news. As far as I'm concerned, he should be dismissed for not following the judge's admonition. I wouldn't care if he was held in contempt.

If he broke the rules he should be held in contempt. Maybe that would help smarten up the next jurors in this process.

let's just move on...this guy did not follow the rules, so why are we wasting time?

I don't know but I'm just praying to God that they stop this before the DP questions because listening to AF's death penalty, cart before the horse speech is going to drain my patience for the day.

His wall and stuff could still be private. He could have them being directed to his "info" page, but that's it. Just depends how he has it set up.
