This one will be excused for financial hardship.

Remember the other day there was a juror that either Baez spotted or a court official that had a newspaper with him? I wonder if we will hear about that juror?

  • #1,023
Shouldn't this have been done in the 1st round (the hardship round)?

  • #1,024
LAst PJ expressed exactly how I feel about ICA

  • #1,025
How many do we have and TIA?

  • #1,026
She would see right through George and Cindy ,too.

When you have grieved for a child you recognize it in others.

agreed

Financial hardship, another one gone.

  • #1,028
What this juror said is exactly why, IMO, there is nothing on earth Baez can say in his opening that is going to mean diddly-squat in ICA's favor.

May God bless that lady. I would buy her book.

Have to admit, if I was asked to calculate $30 while on the stand, I could not. Too much nervousness to think, much less do math.

So call me slow...

sir, if you don't get paid for the duration would it be fair to say that would be a hardship?

yes

LDB: would you be able to meet your financial obligations?

it does not look very pleasant.

LDB: you would go into some kind of substancial debt?

yes.

HHJP: step outside for a second. Excused.

It would be wonderful if we had just one called upon still remaining that is a member of Websleuths.

I would love the opportunity to get up there and say what I know to this point, what I have heard and what my opinions are.

1361 never mentioned a possible hardship during the hardship phase...he wanted to serve...funny I guess he had a change of mind. lol

Court is running ahead of schedule today....More jurors to be called in at 12:30

Wow I am crying for this woman who lost her son... No emotion from ICA and it was almost like a reality slap..

She's clearly a parent in the true sense and doesn't sound like she would tolerate anyone who shirks that responsibility.
