Doesn't like media. Doesn't watch shows about what went on in jury room. Prior contact with justice system.. Never been a victim never been accused of crime has gotten a ticket. Had liscense plate stole. Had legal problems in tenn. Had weed with him got caught with it. no legal problems in florida.

Legal problems in Tennessee - got caught for pot - not on any record on that. Nothing in Florida. SA is doing their research also.

I think the process of seating a death qualified jury should be changed. A questionaire should be given with a list of the aggravating factors to determine if the PJ could make the decision. Once that is determined then the Judge should bring in all the jurors at the same time and give his speech. This would eliminate AF just repeating everything the Judge says. AF should only be heard from once the person has been found guilty. She can beg for mercy at that time.
