Thanks...I've been thinking that the whole time....they're almost FORCING the jurors to think the mitigation phase is DEFINITELY going to be part of the trial.
If it were me, I'd be focusing more on the fact that there's OTHER charges they can consider....and leave it at that.
IMO, when they go into the abuse, mental, etc. I'd go into the mode of "there's NO excuse for murder"....which is where the defense is taking them.
Oh, well.....
His mom is married to someone in JAIL. He has a lot in common with the A's. Rape/Grand theft auto...this guy is out. Does not approve of his mom being married to someone in jail. Maybe I like him. He seems to have common sense.
