Somebody help me. Is this normal voir dire questioning? I mean it. Just seems so slanted towards them already finding her guilty.

Thanks...I've been thinking that the whole time....they're almost FORCING the jurors to think the mitigation phase is DEFINITELY going to be part of the trial.
If it were me, I'd be focusing more on the fact that there's OTHER charges they can consider....and leave it at that.
IMO, when they go into the abuse, mental, etc. I'd go into the mode of "there's NO excuse for murder"....which is where the defense is taking them.
Oh, well.....
