Aggravating : QUALITIES ABOUT THE CASE THAT ARE ESPECIALLY BAD THAT MAKES IT PARTICULARLY HEINOUS (caylee was a child under age of 12, etc.)

Baez sure wasn't very understanding with the man yesterday, who also was less than honest on his questionnaire, though.
