I have seen AF and others completely ignore Casey on a few occasions. The other day it was a note she was trying to push on AF, AF turned away from Casey w/o even looking at her note. LOL. Not so much the thumb anymore, eh Casey? She's feeling like the pinkie nowadays.

It's very telling .
Ann Finnell probably knows far more about ICA,since she is handling mitigation.IMO she's doing this case on principle and not FOR ICA.
I don't think she like's ICA much.

He has a car and insurance. Wonder if he has family that helps him. Sad to say there are many, many Americans living on under $200 per week. . some have families to support. I live on less than $500 per week...it's not easy. I have no cable tv etc - I have internet only, and my kitty

Lol, KC just looked out of the side of her eye when Judge P said you will paid the princely sum of $30 a day.

I guess she never knew how much jurors get paid, or anything about jury duty until now.

Well then, let me take this opportunity to suggest that right out of the box, you advise prospective jurors that if there are any issues that are making them nervous or that would cause them anxiety to discuss in front of a national audience, that they may request a sidebar consultation, away from the microphones.

My question is because this guy isn't on my list, and the DT complained of not enough minorities did the Judge go out and find more minorities to be possible jurors? I have no idea what ethnic group this guy is on. He could have been from the shelter, many of people who normally wouldn't be in shelters are these days because of loss of job.
