No objection from the Defense? I cannot believe this are the Defense just wanting to drag this out as long as possible? In this regard I feel sorry for ICA she doesn't seem to have a defense team who are trying to act in her best interests.

Because she needs to be diagnosed and she refused...they wanted a diminished capacity defense when TLenamon was on the case...or the PPD defense. It appears ICA nixed it...she has no brain injury...could be it's not developed in the frontal lobes which makes her a sociopath...doesn't hold up to insane...JMHO
