I have to disagree, this is where his attention needs to be. He set the rules and that guy broke them. Between this and yesterday's "thing", shoot me if ya want to...but I hear the drums starting now. It's crap, but it's the nature of the beast. He does not need to give anymore gas to throw on that fire.

The last pot that was excused wasn't held in contempt because I believe he stated he didn't think there was anything wrong therefore Judge could not prove he did it with a direct thought of violating his order. MOO

The guy who was held in contempt before his act was directly with conscience thought to disobey the order.
