This lady is saying losing a child is the worst thing ever. She lost a child in a car crash.

She thinks that lying to police is horrible. Guilt by omission. She can't be objective.

I love the way she presented her feelings ... PERFECT!!!!!

  • #963
She can't b objective, she says. Guilt by omission>she (CA) didn't cooperate w/investigators.

  • #964
DT will not want this juror on this case at all.

  • #965
Has lost a son in a car crash. Doesn't believe she can be a fair and impartial juror.

  • #966
I love you 1394. Peace to you mam

People with common sense seem to be getting weeded out too...

This juror has formed an opinion about ICA's guilt. She is now asking CJBP if there was more than one allegation against ICA, asking about her providing false info to LE. Then yes I do have an opinion.

I believe that to lose a child is the worst thing on earth, it is out of the natural order of things. My husband and I lost son in car crash. Got totally involved with the grisly details of providing info for death report.

This female juror has me in tears. So sad.

I so feel for this woman and her loss...she's right, it's not the natural order for a child to die before a parent. Bless her a thousand times.

another one who thinks she is guilty

  • #973
Finally, someone saying what we all think and said so intelligently. Oh I would have loved this woman on the jury.

  • #974
I am so thankful I recorded this juror.

  • #975
Bless her heart. She sounded really sincere.

HHJP: you dicuss?

not that I recall.

HHJP: any water cooler talk?

probably. I don't recall specifics. the general concensus was the defendant was somehow responsible for the child's death.

HHJP: have you formed any opinions or impressions about the defendants guilt or innocence?

yes, but on monday I read the allegations. one said she was unwilling to co operate?

HHJP: she was not wanting to give LE information.

then yes I have an opinion.

HHJP: what is that opinion, be frank

to lose a child is the worst thing that can happen in the world, my husband and I did lose a son in a car crash. we were co operative. the report, my conviction is that failure to be engaged in that process, I would see that as a guilt bite ommission.

HHJP: as a result of your life experience do you think you could be fair?

I could not be. the opinion I just expressed would outweigh my objectivity.

HHJP: we want you to be honest and I commend you for your candor.

I say excused: and I say :tyou: for that woman! Bless her heart.
