Does anyone else have the feeling that it was ICA that made Baez get up and deliver that statement (where he lied mind) that he did not call ICA a 2 yr old?

That seemed so stupid to draw even more attention to the comment, I'm not putting stupid past Baez but it seemed like such a Casey thing to do.

It was played on tv over and over again. What did he say he did say then?

I think the spat started when HHJP started denying all of JB's motions. And, possibly, when the serial killers wife joined the team? When did that happen? Does she visit ICA in jail?

You know I think it was Richard in one of the Steph Watts shows that talked about how one day ICA might be pissed off one day as she had spent all that money and got nothing - paraphrasing here. I think Richard opined it would come back to haunt Baez one day.

I see what you're saying. But one can be promiscuous without having been abused, correct? And given ICA's history of lies, I still don't see any chance of success with that particular defense. IMO.

Juror 1001 seemed to be to solid in his answers, to much YES, YES, YES, rather than thinking about the questions. There were a few questions I heard other jurors ask to have explained to them, and he just kept saying YES or NO to quickly.

I don't believe he never heard anything about the case. I'm glad the prosecution used a strike to get rid of him.

Baez stood up in open court and said that he never said that - we just all heard it wrong lol

Baez is not known for always telling the court the truth.

I have missed all the jailhouse letters. Through her sneezes! Well not to poke fun but he does show up on toast sometimes. At least I hear He does.

Seriously she says she has found God? And she still wants to dig in her feet and keep this going. In most faiths repentence is a big part of your changed life.

He did say "really" and she replied back "really" AFTER he said the thing about acting like a two year old. at least that is what I heard. Then she slapped him in the arm.

I can't stop thinking about the PJ who lost her son. She really took the opportunity to say things to ICA that we would all like to say.

Just now catching up on today's jury selection. I went back and listened to this woman tell Judge Perry why she could not set aside her opinion. I feel that she spoke for all parents who lost a child that cannot have input into this case. I am so glad she spoke so poignantly without spite or hatred. Casey got to hear a true Mother speak about losing a child and how it feels. This woman is on my mind tonight. God Bless Her.

But KC actually has gotten her money's worth. Three out of her four attorneys are some of the best in their fields. Dr. Lee through no fault of his own did not work out and other experts as well. AL, LBK, TL, TM all high profile attorneys. Sad that they can't do anything for her because there is nothing left to fight with. jmo

I have a very strong religious beliefs and I hope for her sake she does find God in jail/prison. I mean really find Him not just tote the Bible around and attend services to break up the monotony. That is not going to lessen her sentence and the price she will have to pay for the actions she has done.

As for now if all of a sudden she started to bring the Bible and rosary beads it would seem fake indeed. She does not act like someone who has found God already and sees the wretchedness of her crimes. She is in denial.

If you want a true insight into ICA's mind you have to read those letters. I think they are all here transcribed somewhere but a dose of coffee or a strong beverage is required before, during and after.
