Judge Perry explaining the age consideration. I get the impression that although she understands the instruction, that she thinks an adult should have known better. She almost sounds like - WTH? She was old enough, but yeah I would consider it.

Please excuse me but I haven't been following this case religiously in the last year so I'm out of touch slightly.

I've seen a few of you refer to the person talking right now the one talking to potential juror as a 'she' :waitasec: isn't that a 'he'?

The atty asking questions is Ann Finnel, the potential juror is a female in her 30's with 2 little kids

I must say that they are stretching this age thing as a mitigating factor. She is and was an adult at the time of the crime. She could vote, buy beer, steal checks, u know grown up stuff. How is that even a factor???? Then background and character??? Has the dt spoken to ICA lately??? she has no background, cuz its bits and pieces of other peoples backgrounds and her character is.....well u now??

Notice that Simm's laptop is turned sideways like she was afraid of that KC's escort would be able to read it.

I noticed that earlier. Facing AF. balancing her laptop on her lap, using her smart phone, taking papers, trying to reach something on the floor...just seems as if she is not utilizing her work area well. I'm awaiting the clatter of a laptop or phone any second.
