Just noticed, watching AF blowing nose think I am getting a "sympathy cold" I am starting to wipe nose and eyes, what is wrong with me ?:crazy:

we currently have 13... but I am looking at my notes: there were three of the 13 that at least one of the sides objected to for cause that will most likely be struck:

1129 (single guy)
1319 AA woman
1407 22 y/o mechanic

This process is so nerve racking to me....I'll check back later...I need a break before OPENING STATEMENTS.....oh waiting so long for this...

It could be with George threatening to sue, they have gone back to their original plan to just rebut everything. Guess KC won't be testifying either, not that I expected that to happen anyway.

THs on IS think this juror may get struck later on..He didn't seem "honest"..May want the "notoriety" since he's been on tv before as a chef..He waivered re: the death penalty..He's not "believable" & so on.

As much as JB wants a mistrial...I can't help but wonder if they will uncover some social media that is not disclosed....and then bring it up after the verdict!!!!!

They have PI's sleuthing jurors for gawd sakes.......it wouldn't be out of the norm to think they'd stoop that low would it?

I just hope that SA is sleuthing just as hard.

I gave up trying to talk to my husband about the case way back when. He had absolutely no interest and was bored to tears if I talked to him about it. He would probably honestly say, just as this juror did, that his wife follows it but he doesn't know much about it.

Well, my husband gives me that not interested/bored to tears look too:floorlaugh: but I'm sure there are somethings I've said about this case that have sunk in...he knows alot more than he will admit, that's for sure.

In Sessions JOB is to create as much churn about this case as possible - it's what pays the bills - I truly doubt they care what they say as long as it creates these moments. All about the benjamins.

I have to say I am surprised when the PJ said he had one sibling--a sister...no one asked the PJ if he was close to his sister? The state did not inquire further. I would have liked them to ask if he is close to his sister? Do They have a secret code language? Ok... I was just kidding on the last question--HA!:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:
