I got extra smelling salts, ynot's laundry is done, and I am here back and forth between monthly reports. When I finish them I am taking a mini vacay to concentrate solely on the trial. Yes I am taking my lappy camping.:rocker:

Now I will be in Orlando in September,December and March of next year, think this will still be going on??

I noticed this the first time she was ever shown writing (I was raised by my Grandmother - a First Grade Schoolteacher for 30 years). I kept thinking that is why her hands were cramping and she kept having to stretch them out)

Back in the courtroom - up to immediate sidebar

You're right!
When in first grade, at open house for my Grandson, his teacher was telling me, Papa and his parents that my Grandson was one of the kids she was trying to 'ease' into holding the pencil and pen properly.
Said it was much more strain on the hand to hold it that way (the way Casey holds it) and creates tendon/muscle/nerve problems down the road.

So of course whenever I see someone hold a pen/pencil the way Casey holds it, I take notice right away.

I was so sure ICA would be a HYPOCHONDRIAC but she doesn't seem the least bit bothered by Miss F blowing her nose & spreading her COLD germs all over her..Hmmm!

Do we know if anyone on the DT visited ICA yesterday?

The judge said he had to tell the defense something or instruct them on something in that side bar.

maybe it was ICA head shaking and nodding during the previous days?

Ann is clearly ill....coughing and has a huge box of tissues on that table.

There's a virus/flu going around down here. It just went through my husband's company and hubby sounded just like her. It's been a month and he's finally feeling better but it took a prescription of Augmentin to get him through. It's a nasty bug and I hope that's not what she picked up 'cause if it is she's got a long road ahead.

I don't think where Casey is going her major concern will be tendon/muscle problems (just saying):floorlaugh:

What's KC doing? Paper airplanes or oragami?, lol

Scrapbooking. The way she is folding papers looks like someone doing scrapbooking work. Maybe she needs a coloring book, too. Just a suggestion.

It's not about her, she hasn't noticed!

The secretary act is driving me insane! God forbid me ever being in her position but the non-stop trying to act like an integral part of the dt, is not helping her case. She needs a serious lesson in not looking like a stone-faced mean person....I have such a hard time understanding what she is trying to prove. GRRRR!

I find it interesting that Mr. George asked about contributing to any blogs on the case. I wonder if they found a post by a PJ. When he changes up his questions....usually there is a reason.

Potential juror #1025 is a white man in his 30s.

:Welcome1:

And she is the first for me to act like she's part of the legal team with all her writing of notes and not acting like she's on trial for murder involving the DP!!!!

Thank you.

You guys are so nice on this thread. I watched a couple of days ago too and posted on an earlier thread and everyone there was lovely and funny too!

I am going to try and watch as much of the trial as I possibly can. I have never watched a US trial before.

I hope the truth comes out and Caylee gets justice. There are a lot of questions that need answering and whilst I think ICA will never tell the truth, I hope the State are going to fill in the gaps.

Right, we are back on again!
