JB again with the SA asked all of his questions, so he's only going to ask a few. All smiles and giggles with this PJ. She'd thought this trial had already taken place because it was so long ago. The questions about the helicopters and cameras. She knew they could all be for almost any case, but kept her head down. Twenty years ago went for a civil case but didn't get picked, and once again five years ago for a case that was settled prior to going to trial. Found from the St. Pete Times that the case may have been in Pinellas. Usually reads the Clearwater section of the St. Pete Times. The case hadn't been mentioned at all for over a couple of years though. Closed her FB account over a year ago because it recommended her ex-husband's best friend. (That got a smile from KC).

She doesn't seem ruffled at all by any questions, comes across as straight-forward.

This lady has already described herself as a "CNN junkie". Says she's having withdraws from not being able to read the news lately, etc. Yet the only thing she's heard is that a child was missing, a babysitter was involved, and Universal Studios was involved??

IMO I believe she would have been fair to ICA...

If a PoJ doesn't want to serve...I def don't want them on this jury.

However, the ease at which the Atty's are securing access to PoJ's FB posts is unsettling to me. It's just baffling why anyone would NOT have their FB privacy settings secured where (unless you are a "friend") you cannot view their wall and profile info??? And not just before showing up for a jury summons...ANY time.

I agree about the locking down of FB. Why would anyone NOT lock their FB page down? I was wondering if the attorneys have a way of getting "in?". Could they have investigative permissions?
