I agree he is on their short list, but they better be careful with those strikes. It is like playing poker....you never know if the next "card" is going to be worse than the one you are holding.

What are they saying? Who is that talking?

Can the SA still use a PC on the african american woman that did not want to sit in judgment of anyone? Or is that a done deal? I have never heard of a peremtory challenge being overruled. I know they used Batson for the cause strike, but shouldn't the SA have another bite?

something tells me during the penalty phase, AF will bring out comments from WS'ers showing her actions as childish, even people who found her guilty early on thought she was acting like a child as proof of mitigating factor.

Well, if the SAO's want me (or any of us I'm sure) to testify that I think she is guilty as sin and how she acts sitting at the defense table has nothing to do with that....I'm game.

he is white guy from Virginia

I am not getting that. He sounds white to me.

Even stranger that they kept him. I think he leans more towards the death penalty and will be more conservative. Plus he has a baby. I bet they will use a peremptory on him.

But he pronounced certain words the way Michael Jackson and his family did. Perhaps it's a speech impediment.
