Do we have a list of jurors that were stricken this am?

I got online late, but I think the potential jurors list has been updated. I didn't get a chance to check it, just read the news headlines and came here.

The state tried to strike the AA woman who stated she couldn't sit in judgement of another person and it was denied.

OT, but during the "Cart before the horse" talk... I must be on the road Thursday, for a 12 hour drive. I have downloaded WESH and the other FL tv station apps, but they do not have streaming video.

Does anyone know how I can stream the ICA trial on my Droid Incredible? I was going through the internet, but I suppose the video is takes too much bandwidth, as it keeps hanging. Any ideas?

It realllllllly irritates me (to no end) how they all refer to ICA as Ms. Anthony, and little Caylee as 'the child'.

I agree. I think it's a disgusting tactic.

No matter how the DT tries to dehumanize Caylee it will surely backfire on them. All you have to do is look at her sweet sweet face. She WAS a living breathing human being that deserved so much more than she was given in her short life.

IS says PJ was born in Warren Ohio..that's right near Niles where the As are from.

ETA: Are they going to ask her if she knows any of the family?

Juror does not have any problems applying the rules as read by HHJP to this case.

Has no issues with the DP.

Has 2 sons around KC's age, and if they were in the same position, she'd expect anyone to make a decision based on the evidence, and she would do the same.

What does ICA's age have to do with the price of tea in China? She was 22(?), a legal adult capable of making her own decisions, voting, driving, serving in the military. Why is this a mitigating circumstance?

I think the mitigating factor should be the age of the victim? It wasn't like Caylee Marie was holding her at gunpoint. Caylee Marie was a 2 year old precious little murder victim buy a 22 year old ADULT.

PJ has 2 sons around the same age as ICA....if her sons were in the same position she would hope that jury would listen to all the evidence and presume them innocent first.
