Anyone remember watching C A (Mom) doing the interviews before Caylee was found. In those interviews and the one with GVS on Fox in particular, CA told GVS which questions she GVS could ask and which she could not. Seeing the same behavior with ICA in the courtroom looking to control. When JB said ICA gets to pick the jury it reminded me of CA picking the questions she would 'entertain'. Apple/tree.

Definitely! Absolutely! These lawyers know law but she's such a manipulator she can probably tell who doesn't like her or who she can't influence right away! Or so she thinks.

It seems to me that the DT is seeking any and all ways possible to drag this out, and the start of trial as much as possible. I also feel the reason they are doing so is for a few reasons starting with possibility of tainting the jurors needing to begin all over again and also to attempt to make some appeals issues. Not going to happen on HHJBP's watch!!! Have they learned nothing?! He is so on to their game!

And for their "investigators" to dig up any more dirt on them.

They would be silly not to IMO, after hearing all of the PJ's today saying they had already formed an opinion of GUILTY!! :loser:

After today they still need alternates. Working on that tomorrow and possibly Saturday. Move the folks to Orlando on Sunday - Let them get settled in. Start opening statements on Monday.

Here goes, Lord, I hope nobody I know is reading this. I keep rescheduling an appt with an aduit and accountant because I want to be sure to listen to the opening statements. Lets get this thing movin people please!!
