She is disappointed he seems indifferent but appreciative of their role.

He is 53 and single, born in Ohio, lived in Bay area . . . lived in FL for 4 years . . . (sick of the snow?) college (hard to hear) has Assoc. Degree, worked in Indiana for over 30 years @ Veneer, log buyer, ran logs, done sales. Lived in San Francisco Bay area 15 years.

How can you work a job IN Indiana for 30 years and live in all these other places for 15 + years and be only 53?????????????????????????????

I do too, SOTS. She is very good at lawyering. And bless her for being as sick as she is and hanging in there. She sounds short of breath when she talks and I hope she doesn't have pneumonia.

As for JB, well, add into it the "man" thing....and OHMYGAWD....talk about whining with a capital WHINE.

P.S. Don't mean to offend any "men" here....but it is MHO based on my experience with men who get sick, that the world has to immediately stop revolving around its axis, and EVERYONE must take notice....:floorlaugh:

Could ICA use this excuse for an appeal (lawyers not thinking clearly due to being ill)?

Seriously, I'm sure she will find any excuse for an appeal, espcially if JB gets sick. I know what you mean about the "man" thing. Also, no offense to men. LOL!

Kinda O/T, but I was just thinking bout the rate this trial is going and since HHBP keeps referring to it lasting 6-8 weeks,

That would be around mid July.

Would it not be such poetic justice if they find ICA guilty on July 15, 2011 (exactly 3 years since CA called the police to report Caylee missing?

Also, poetic justice if ICA is sentenced to "death" on Caylee's birthday, August 9th?

Now THAT irony would indeed be RICH!

When AF is questioning and talks about LWOP and the death sentence and how KC would live out her life in Prison or stay in Prison until executed, I cannot believe how KC does not flinch. I would be hyperventilating. (at the least) Maybe she thinks she is not talking about her??

I actually like Ann Finnell quite a bit. She is a real trooper. You just know JB would ask for a continuance for the sniffles!!

I like her too. The rest of the defense team is a much different matter. She seems to have honorable intentions.

has plane tickets to leave thursday for nephew's wedding (I memba this guy!)

he says it will not impose a hardship if he doesn't find out until this afternoon or tomorrow says his family doesn't even know he is on jury duty

I hope they struck him before he canceled his tickets. Because I think this guy was the one they were talking about who they refused to strike lats night despite the judge's reminder that he was going to cancel his tickets.

I think this current potential juror seems like he'll be okay. Nice guy, sounds perhaps a bit nerdy in a good way. Maybe shy.

Now that you've mentioned it, I think I noted that same reaction from her several days ago when someone else said something she knew was incorrect. You may have brought out a really important "tell" to watch for.

I feel for her too. I have some sorta sore cold/flu type thing and I am home feeling awful. I couldnt picture myself in a court all day. I hope she is on prescription meds, cuz over the counter ones are not touching whatever it is I have and I hope she isnt in court feeling as bad as I am.

Soulmagnet, my sympathies to you and AF..I have had this for a week already.I'm on AB's..sooooo sick,cant hear,hardly breathe! For my taste he is too willing to "chat". I feel he really, really wants to be a juror and that makes me very uneasy. I wouldn't want him either for the prosecution, nor for the defense. I'm just listening to my "feelings".
