Why are they talking to the last two jurors if they have now got 12?

Took the words right out of my mouth. Maybe when they talked they got HHJP to agree to hear 3 more and go from there? IDK.

Can someone explain to me the significance of the "odd" number jurors and the "even" numbered jurors. Why does this matter?
