But if she killed Caylee without coming up with a kidnap/murder hoax (which she didn't do, it was her parents who called the police) then she would also have no place to go, etc. That is to say, she woiuldn't be able use Caylee as a pawn (assuming she did previously)

She has never been on a jury. CM asks her what is the most serious decision she has been called upon to make. She says one child had some problems and she had to decide whether to bring her back here or leave her on her own. PT will speak about it privately because CM wants to know what problems she had with the child.

Mam...could you please phrase for us your families dirty laundry so that we might determine if you are able to be fair in this case? For instance...did your daughter murder her child? Or...did you love your child more than her own? Or...did your child steal money from you or her grandparents? Or...did she say she was working when in fact she was not?

Well I was on a murder jury. Was not DP, but was sequestered. I felt like the defendant had more rights than I did. I was only locked up 4-5 days/nights. that was enough for me, I can not imagine 2 months, but if I had to I could do it. BTW, defendent got 25 years. Judge was AA, defendant was Caucasian, victim was AA. Judge got repremanded by the Supreme Court and sentence reduced.
