Quite honestly, I don't think KC will give up at all. IMO, she'll never admit her guilt and she'll take this all the way to the end.

Both Jeff and Jose were discussing the strikes.....neither of them are happy with being rushed. They both were actually working together to ask HHJP to let the 11 go home and to give HHJP assurances that they would be able to reach an agreement on remaining jurors.

They were working as a team.

Am I the ONLY one that heard that??

YES!!!! That's exactly what I mean. She will drag this out as long as she can and then just do a plea. As long as KC thinks the jury is feeling sad for HER she'll play the role of the victim.

ITA. I predict she will try to make plea deal AFTER she gets all dressed up (I also predict there will be a makeover) and then gets to see TonE (TL) ONE more time since we know he will called to testify.

I believe she was really upset he didn't go to her parents to check on her nor visited her after she was arrested.

At this point - and this may be selfish - but I DO NOT want to see a plea. Nope - no way. We've come this far - let's get it finished.

JB would be smart to speak to ICA and get her to accept one - but I'm really hoping LDB says "no way Jose" - we've come this far and done all this work to plead her out. And on what charge? Count 3 - manslaughter of a child? What is the max sentence for that? IIRC something like 15 years. NOPE.

Hold the course - yes it is tough - but this is finally time for Justice For Caylee. We have to remain strong - for CAYLEE!!!
