HHBP calling Juror 3185 Male
Heed admonition? yes, didn't discuss, not teat tweep/facebook/or social media.
Pretrial publicity: New accounts . . . case undecided. . . factors unknown . . . remembers little girl being found in the trunk (?), something to do with Disney, doesn't know anymore . .. probably chanel 9 Baywatch 9, No NG or GR no 48 hrs for a long time, he watches PBS, Discovery & History channel usually. He has heard opinions of others who "unfortunately felt that she was guilty". He has not formed an opinion of guilt or innocence. He has no problem with considering kc presumed to be innocent as the way our system works. Has no problems following the law. He will not hold it against kc if she doesn't testify. He doesn't think he has totally listened to the media, she would be proven guilty already. He does not have an opinion if she guilty or innocent. He can lay aside any opinions he has heard, held, or seen from anyone else or himself . . . apply the law as given to him. No hesitation or reservation.
SA: (LDB) He says media can be incorrect or incomplete. People expressing their opinions he said "Unfortunately they think she is guilty". . . he thinks people should have a fair trial to be proven guilty. He feels the info from the media is "what you get" can be incorrect or incomplete and he will make decision on case presented in court.
DT: (JB) Mr. 3185 (or Jim) - don't say name per HHBP. (kc animated in her facial expressions) he watches PBS stations, he doesn't like reality (semi-reality) shows he likes DWTS. Doesn't know Dr. G show, seen some forensic programs, nothing related to case. He heard most info about this case in 2008, almost every day for months through 2008. Watches Bay News 9 in morning, a looping news show. JB asks if he thought this case was going on too long - this PJ denies saying that. Opinion of innocence will be instructed by HHBP, PJ thinks he can do that. Spends as least time on internet, finds it annoying and boring, has a FB account - hasn't visited forever, doesn't tweet.
