I wish I could teach that girl to walk! I don't mind looking at her while she's sitting, fidgeting, picking at her clothes, etc..... but that walk really ticks me off. Can't help it, don't know why.

question here....Lets say the DT and State have no more Strikes left and the Judge isn't giving anymore out..they are at still only 11 jurors....would then the judge start calling the PJ in and only the Judge will question them and not the same as we've seen with the state and DT asking questions?

She has been working 2 jobs previously, recently retired, doesn't watch news except Bay News 9, only uses computer for business of significant other, she has a fb page but it has been awhile, no other except St. Pete Times, not read anything recently . . . especially since HHBP admonition. She hasn't read anything in St Pete Times - so hasn't looked @ the paper between working an relative.

inal, but if they use all strikes (both sides) they will continue questioning and can only be excused for cause. HHJP said there are no back strikes on alternates (he said that yesterday)

My fondest hope...............JP uses his last two strikes and the very next potentioal juror up is a young woman, about 30 years old, college graduate, married, two children, ages 2 1/2 and 5 1/2, believes in the death penalty on a scale of 1 - 10 is at a 9..........and there's nothing JB can do about it.
