As soon as this juror said she was for the death penalty KC immediately drew several lines on her paper, probably through the juror's number. DT will rule this one out, for sure.

How many more challenges does the DT have? I think the state still has 4, but not sure how many the defense still has.

as a former hairdresser.........you hear everything in a salon..........

Well the DT will not have any more back strikes so they have investigator out there digging up skeletons on PJ, and JB will try to drag those facts out to exclude a PJ for cause.

OT- but have a look at Richard Hornsby's blog later. AS usual he has done his research and comes up with precedents that say the cans of carpet with THE smell should be allowed in!

AF is explaining the law and how to come to a decision. Reminding her the decision must be unanimous and the penalty phase is different. Doesn't have to be unanimous. Asks the PT if she can make an individual decision and can she stick to it or relinquish her belief because someone else disagrees. PT says no. AF asks if she would on the other side, try to belittle or cajole them into changing their belief. PT says no.
