Although the DT have 2 strikes left im sure i read somewhere that if they use all their strikes they cannot appeal about jury selection so im wondering if they are going to hold 1 back thus making this their last free 1.

Looks like the DT needs to decide if they should use one of their strikes on this witness.

If they don't, we've got a jury. If they dismiss her, we start all over again tomorrow morning trying to find one more juror and 8 alternates.

Maybe they want to review the juror's answers and prepare their best argument for a cause strike, so they don't have to use a "back-strike".

Maybe ICA didn't like the discussion she heard after the PJ mentioned her daughter being in trouble. The PJ did say something to the effect that she didn't know how to deal with her daughter and was contemplating letting her deal with it herself.

I know the client is supposed to assist in her defense, but is it just me or does it seem that ICA has alot of input into this. I mean she has all these lawyers on her DT that are supposed to have the experience selecting juries. Is this normal?
