This is how I interpreted her statement as well. She said it within the context of what she had heard prior to coming for jury duty. Imo, she meant that evidence is what she would use to judge rather than all the gossip/media hype prior to trial.

I agree...I just don't understand how her statment is not being understood. I don't think we will have a problem with this juror, I have no worries. She will do the right thing. Now I do understand that some may feel that she will not be able to process the information, that is another issue. If that is the case, then I feel there is enough highly educated people on the jury that can explain this to her. However, the bottom line is this when she sees those pics and the evidence, she will be able to make the right decision
