JB calls things as he really thinks they are - then immediately recovers and changes his words into the defensive posture ....very telling IMO.

  • #644
He doesn't put alot of energy into remembering the lyrics, so he can sing along.

:giggle:

JB wants to know if he remembers the lyrics. PJ says it wasn't something he'd try to memorize and sing along to.

Aside: This guy is very funny; dry sense of humor, deadpan. I like him - he's not allowing JB to be cutesy or condescending.

Baez: "May I call you Mr. 3308"

PJ: "I'd love it...that's what my mother calls me"

hahahahaha love this guy

:floorlaugh:

I love this guy!!! He will lighten the mood during the long sequestration. His fellow jurors would love him!

I just listened to that parody on you tube..
I will not post the link...

That song is HORRIBLE:( I don't know how pj found it funny.

He tries to avoid news as much as possible.

Any young man who plans to his Grandmother to a ball game on vacation is good by me. Someday I hope one of my grandchildren would do the same for me, I love base ball!

What's with Grandmas and Baseball? My 79 year-old Mom plans her trips to FL around the Mets spring training in Port St. Lucie. We make semi-annual trips there so she can hoot and holler for her favorites.

MG: the parody song, did you find it funny?

I am embarassed to say I did.

MG: does finding it funny make you have an opinion on guilt or innocence?

no

JB: this song that you refer to, is this the parody of the rap song?

my hump

JB: is there more skits you heard?

that is the one I recall

JB: what pieces of evidence do you recall, or information would you say that song contains? I realize we are talking about a joke, but what bits of info does that song contain that you think you may heard in the news.

child's in the trunk, (laughs) I don't really remember that much more about it.

JB: we understand there is a certain disconnect. no one thinks badly of you because of it we want to know what info you have been exposed to.

it is not something I memorized so I could sing along. it was on and musically it was clever...as far as what info was in there...

JB: it was a joke and that is far as it went.

correct

JB: you said no news, don't have tv. you would get it from sites. besides st pete?

rarely usa today, (another paper I didn't know)

JB: a yahoo page? st pete times?

no, not st pete times.

JB: what other channels do you listen to where you could have heard from this case?

I try to avoid news.

JB: was buba on terrestrial or satellight?

satelight. (sp?????) but it never came up.

JB: thank you.

He kind of has the same voice as Owen Wilson, seems like the same kind of humor too :)

You can Google it. Its about 5th item down.

Has words rare and unlimited in description.

Hope this is ok to say?

  • #659
There is nothing more pathetic than someone who constantly laughs and snickers at his own bad jokes, IMO.

Is it this song???????????

mod's remove if not appropriate, but since it was in testimony I figured it is okay for information purposes.

ANJ, until I get a chance to listen to it I'm going to unapprove it for now. If it is okay, I will reapprove. If not so clean :innocent: maybe we can move it downstairs later.

Thanks girl! :blowkiss:
