The PJ is believable. Seems like a confident kind of guy.

Doesn't know enough of the case (doesn't follow the news media) to have an opinion. Can lay aside anything he may have seen or thought in regard to this case and base a decision on what is presented by the Court.

I was very impressed with HHJP when he was giving his ruling on the motion this morning. He did not say this massive media coverage, which has been primarily led by the efforts of the Defense team.

Interesting since I was just reading something last night (post or media story?) about the defense choice of pastels and the advice that they dress KC in black instead to give an appearance of remorse...

the ol' saying...you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig is a metaphor that comes to mind.

Is there anyway that WS could bill the DT for using us as jury consultants??

I'm having to watch insessions on tv as my computer speakers are not working:maddening:

anyhoo, I dont have a link, but I thought I read a blog by Lillian Glass( did I spell that right? anyhoo, in the article I read, glass was saying that the pastel colors that ica was wearing wouldnt do her any good, and Im just paraphrasing here eh? Glass suggested that ica wear black to show she is serious and morning the death of Caylee , that way ica would project a better outlook to the jurors..

again, im just paraphrasing what I had read...i dont really agree with what was said by glass..

im only saying this because, I think the defense team is reading blogs, forums, etc as now ica is in black..

just my thoughts for the day..I will now sit back, listen and read here between taking over sea phone calls as Im working from home

If anyone read the blog by glass and you come across the link, can you kindly post it?
