I keep thinking justice for Caylee....in reality, this is all to accommodate ICA. Protect and coddle ICA. She has become the victim.

And IMHO that will never happen. Miami is overloaded with cases and crime. And, I'm willing to bet the language barrier would be near impossible to overcome.

FOX is doing a clip now about this. Saying the media is possibly getting in the way.

Sitting here fuming over the fact that Judge Strickland wanted to put a gag order on this case. But Jose, and Cindy and George had to do all of the rounds on TV. Well, we would not have the info we have, but they could have picked a jury right there in Orlando and already have the trial going. ALL of this is Jose's fault! MOO

The gag order would have been good but would it have stopped the media from reporting on the discovery released and the pre-trial hearings? Not sure how that works.

I think they are going to pack up and try and take this to an area that isn't as close to Orange County. Like I said, they should come down to Lee County... even Collier County. That or go up to Northern Florida where Casey will be sure to get sentenced to death! They don't play up in Northern Florida. Southern Florida is a lot more laid back, but we have no problem sentencing people to death either!
