When AF brings up the victim impact statements I'm always curious how those are going to go since the vicitm's family is also the accused's family and they appear to be more in favor of protecting ICA than getting justice for Caylee.

Me too. I'm VERY curious as to how that will go!

He doesn't ring true to me. He said several times he doesn't know anything about the case although he knew the name of the victim . Caylee. He also seemed more receptive to the Defense. IMO

Isn't Caylee's name mentioned numerous times in the indictment? Maybe he remembered her name from hearing it then.

It looked like the woman with long dark hair was moved by the deputy. Looked like she had a recorder?

I'm not seeing that at all. People who don't tweet, facebook, post on websites, watch TV reality shows etc. are not used to discussing what thoughts are running through their heads any second of any day. Those of us who do - do understand. This guy does not even own a computer and I wonder if he even has a cellphone.

To me, he seems to wonder if they think he is being dishonest when they keep asking him the same question over and over again.

My thoughts exactly, LG

QueenD, the way I do it is to click the tab with this site, and drag it over to the right. Then I manually resize the windows. There ARE keys, but I just do it this way - too many key combos to remember for me. As with all things Microsoft, there are 6 ways to do everything!

Is ICA going to wear a different shirt on each day of the trial, geesh you know she could rotate and wear them more than once!

Oh good catch! I would put nothing past the defense team...wouldn't that be something if it comes out that a juror has been paid off....holy spit!

PJ said "downstairs" directed him to Courtroom #1, which is why he walked in. He said he'd just sat down when the Bailiff directed him out.

He didn't show up yesterday as he had no ride/no gas.

I think his abruptness with the SA (whom I love, but think they should mimic the DT in this ONE respect) is because they are very abrupt in their questioning. They don't attempt to put these PJs at ease, as does the DT. He responds in like to how he's treated - very common.

Morning all - slept in until 7:00 (10 AM Floridian time). I missed most of 3283, but wanted to ask if he was the first juror up this morning. I'm going to assume he is since it's been 90 minutes. I hope today isn't as tough as it was yesterday.

Am I allowed to say Ms. Anthony has a black widow look going on today? Black is not the color they should put her in. Though, personally, I love black.

I've thought about this, too. Do they talk about how awful the pain of losing their granchild is and really give it to Casey or do they soften it and try to plead for mercy on Casey's behalf? It's got to be a hard position for them to be in, regardless of what anyone feels about them.

Well since they've done nothing but support Casey, with all due respect, I'd fall out of my chair and die of shock if they gave a statement in Caylee's favor against Casey. Not saying it can't happen, but it would be a big surprise if it did.

I'm surprised other PJs haven't reacted this way. Some people don't like to be questioned...

I agree. I consider myself to be a responsible, reliable person. If I tell you I will pick you up at 7:30 am, you can believe it. If I tell you I will water your plants and feed your parakeets while you're on jury duty, you can count on it.

If someone were to keep questioning- are you sure, how do you know, what if.....

LOL....ICA just gave Fryer an "atta girl" pat on arguing the motion - like oh well you tried.

I was wondering the same thing!!!! For someone who hasn't shopped and supposed to have a limitted waredrobe.....---also someone needs to tell her that bumpit look isn't working....reminds me of the coneheads...

That confuses me too. Does she know something we don't know about who is going to be giving victim impact statements? I would think that would be the least of the defense's worries. Obviously CA and GA are probably going to give impact statements for Casey. I don't know if there's
anyone to give an impact statement for Caylee? Unless I'm wrong?

LOL Aedrys - Finnell needs to be concerned about impact statements - what else has the Defense Team got????:great:

Ann Finnell sounds a little healthier today.

How the heck are we in break already?

(And :seeya: everyone!)

IMHO, I call that commenting. Blogging is when you write on your own blog. A page you have set up, for a topic or random thoughts... YOU write it. Others comment on YOUR blog. Or you comment on other blogs or sites with comment areas. FWIW

O/T. Gee, WTF has some great audio techs, so good I can hear another case going on right now.

Another thought - don't they have city busses there? I think so. We have several "lines" or "routes" that head downtown to our courthouse.

He could have taken a bus yesterday.

Just sayin..................................

Journalists on twitter are saying that it's actually a "chocolate" colored shirt, but I agree with you...it doesn't make her look mournful, to me...just harsh
