I recently visited Clearwater and don't recall seeing any busses.

There is a bus system in Pinellas County and numerous routes throughout Clearwater. The Criminal Justice Center has a stop right outside on 49th Street. http://www.psta.net/

PJ has been a juror before, fraudulent claim case. Approx 10 years ago

PJ seems to have warmed up to the state

Never been in law enforcement or military.

No response written to whether himself, family, or friends have been witness to a crime. Never been victim of a crime. Answers vertbally no.

He was asked whether himself, friends, or family has been accused of a crime? He says he doesn't want to answer that in court. PJ is asked is he will discuss it in private, agrees.

I know in my state you there are rules against working in a healthcare/childcare situation if you are convicted of crimes against others or neglect.. Do we know for sure he works in a nursing hme?

I've had to do that on occasion... I've also had to do that on occasion when asked how many children I have (my mind goes blank when I'm nervous)

Sorry a little O/T....I just missed what JCasarez said about the reaction ICA had to one juror who said a relative of hers shot dead in Ohio??? Anyone know what they are speaking about...something about ICA being taken to another room to ask her about this reaction she had to that PJ??
