Judge wants him to use his strikes now and then if we need to question more jurors so be it. JB wants to question the remaining 15 and then use strikes.

Judge said this could go on forever.

IMHO, the SA and DT were spoken to by the PJ in the same manner they spoke to him. When LDB spoke more "gently" he responded in kind - lots of soft laughs and such, for example.

As for the computer make/model - My 15 yo stepson knew exactly which one he wanted as well, and he's no computer pro by a long shot. Most people check out this information so they know how much they need to save to make the purchase. This PJ doesn't seem to have a lot of money, so I think that would be a "normal" bit of info for him to have/need.

You don't have to be a computer pro to know which one you want - but you do have to do your homework. ITA he's researched (checked out) laptops. As for a lot of money - macbook pros are very high end and cost way way much more than standard models.

I just think he's got a hidden agenda - just what it is bothers me

Question I need an answer for is, if nobody utilizes their peremptory challenges then at what poinnt do I stop? If we go thru these remaining fifteen, what schedule are you willing to work, knowing that we will not have a facility after tomorrow? I can't operate in a parking lot.
